The system is used in New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New
Jersey by over 200 insurance agents to provide accurate automobile
rating symbols. Agents can use either the VIN or year, make and model to
locate insurance rating symbols. The system uses symbols assigned by The
Insurance Services Office, Inc., and in addition to the vehicle symbol
also identifies specific vehicle characteristics such as air bags, ABS,
anti theft devices, daytime running lights and bumper restraints. |

Developed for the New Orleans Export and
Supply division of ALCOA. The system process all material received into
the New Orleans office. It accepts EDI transmission from approved
vendors and process pay from receipt transactions. The system interfaces
with the companies accounting system by submitting request for payment
directly to the companies corporate accounts payment system. In the case
of EDI and pay from receipt transactions the system automatically
submits payment request. The system produces the required export
documentation for all products being shipped from the New Orleans office
to Alcoa's overseas operations. The system interfaces with UPS's
computerized shipper's export declaration (SED) system to report
statistical information to several U.S. government agencies. |

We have used the services of Digital
Office Systems since 1994. They have done an outstanding job of learning
our processes and then writing custom software to streamline them.
Digital Office Systems has delivered projects on time and will tested so
we have minimal downtime after installation.

produces statements in less then eight hours. |
