Backup Only Account Accounts billed and maintained directly through Amberwave Communications, plans M50, M100, and M200 billed on quarterly basis. Digital Office Systems does not offer support on backup only accounts, phone and e-mail support available through Amberwave Communications only.

 Digital Office Systems manages the entire backup process via a remote connection. Digital Office System sets up the account at the Client site, sets up the backup, and manages any on going issues. Digital Office Systems monitors the daily backup status and corrects any issues. Other than daily e-mail status reports the entire backup process is completely invisible to the Client.

Note: A $20 per month remote access charge may be required in order to manage the backup service.
